Rider Partners is a locally owned and operated property development company that focuses on quality beyond what is seen, thoughtful design and its place in the community. Humble beginnings carved out a red lower case “r” over 50 years ago in the construction and design business. Now, they span three generations deep in the Greater Lafayette area. Their approach comes from the thought that they only have one shot, within their lifetime, to develop any given piece of land well.
